Phil is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner and Graston Technician Specialist. He is a huge believer in the power of hands-on manual therapy as a strong treatment approach to improve movement and decrease pain. He will integrate mobilization with movement techniques, biomechanics, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to help achieve patient goals. He believes in a patient centric approach in which each treatment plan is specific to the individual being seen for physical therapy.
Phil has a background in sports as a strength and conditioning coach for the Seattle Mariners. He also has experience providing strength and conditioning to professional athletes, division I collegiate athletes, and elite amateurs. His strong passion for athletics and injury prevention led him to pursue a career in physical therapy.
Phil enjoys working with athletes and orthopedic populations with pain or movement related dysfunction in the joints and muscles of the body. In his freetime, Phil enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and son. He likes to challenge himself with various fitness activities including weightlifting, running, and hiking.
