Anthony Damiano, PT, DPT, CSCS
Clinic Director / Physical Therapist
I believe in taking a step back and looking at the whole person, not just their current impairment. I have found that the more the patient understands about their bodies, the more actively engaged they are with their own care. Patient empowerment is a valuable tool for long term carryover and positive physical therapy outcomes.
Anthony joined Phoenix Physical Therapy as a Clinic Director in July, 2020. Since becoming a Physical Therapist, Anthony has worked full time in an outpatient setting. He has treated a variety of patients with orthopedic, athletic, work-related, and vestibular injuries. Anthony has taken continuing education courses to better his understanding of the vestibular system, orthopedic injuries, and manual therapy techniques. He has a certification in the SFMA, a functional movement assessment tool that allows for a more accurate diagnosis of a specific injury as it relates to the whole body. Prior to joining the Phoenix Team, Anthony was a member of the Saint Francis University Football Team, a Division 1 FCS program in Loretto, PA.
