Her treatment philosophy focuses on connecting patients to their bodies on a deeper level, she ensures that even those with the busiest schedules can find relief and restore confidence in managing their health. She likes to utilize movement and mind-body techniques to address pelvic pain, as well as bowel and bladder distress. Gretchen’s holistic approach nurtures self-love and confidence in her patients, helping them gain control over their well-being. Outside of work, Gretchen finds joy in baking, cooking new recipes, and gardening. She also enjoys spending time outdoors on her family’s farm.
