Caroline Campbell, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
“Successful rehabilitation starts with an effective relationship between the patient and the therapist. I strive to help patients achieve their goals through problem solving, pattern recognition, and appreciating the multifaceted nature of both acute and chronic pain. I utilize manual interventions and dry needling throughout treatment while always emphasizing an active, fitness forward approach to therapy.”
Caroline grew up in the Raleigh, NC area and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2011 with a BA in Exercise and Sport Science. She then went on to Physical Therapy school at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and graduated in 2019. While at ECU she worked in the Human Movement Analysis Lab doing research focusing on hip joint loads during running, walking, and high intensity interval training. After graduation, she worked as a travel PT in outpatient clinics throughout Louisiana, SC, and NC before moving to Virginia in 2020. She is continuing her education at this time by pursuing board certification in orthopedics. She loves building relationships with patients to help them accomplish their goals and has a special interest in treating individuals with chronic pain. As a lifelong athlete she enjoys staying active by hiking, playing volleyball, and weightlifting.
