My priority is to provide expert care for orthopedic neuromuscular issues ranging from the Upper Cervical Spine and TMJ down to the big toe and everything in between. My goal is to establish a team with the best possible training to elevate the care of our patients and provide a clinic that can best help the community and make Phoenix synonymous with the most optimal care.”
Robert “Bobby” joined the Phoenix Team in June of 2022 as the Clinical Director of the Charlotte clinical site. He is a highly trained orthopedic manual Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer who has achieved the profession’s highest post graduate accreditation of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapists. This is a designation held by less than 2% of the profession. Bobby prides himself on expert care of all orthopedic neuromuscular conditions and has served as a mentor for Physical Therapy students, Residents, and Fellows. He thoroughly enjoys the mentorship process and educating both clinicians and patients alike to achieve the best clinical outcomes. He specializes in Orthopedic Manual & Sports Physical Therapy focusing on non-operative and post-operative musculoskeletal rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports injuries of the shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, ankle, spine and TMJ dysfunction. He has served as a Sports Medicine Director and provided on field and clinic athletic training coverage to Division one athletes and San Francisco Olympic Club Rugby. He utilizes advanced manual therapy concepts within treatment, along with spinal and extremity manipulation. He has established Blood Flow Restriction training protocols and practice, and is educated in numerous schools of Dry Needling and Electro Dry Needling Practice.
Outside of the clinic, Bobby most enjoys spending time with his wife, two dogs, and growing family with expected daughter. He is a competitive powerlifter and avid sports fan who previously was a multi-sport athlete. Personally, he loves to read, hike, fish, and enjoy all Charlotte has to offer with his wife.
