Prevent the injury before it happens. Phoenix’s athletic trainers educate athletes on how to reduce their risk for injuries. Athletes will learn:
- Proper use of equipment
- Exercises that improve balance and strength
- Transitional Care exercises
- Therapy programs
Additionally, our athletic trainers are able to apply protective and preventive devices such as tape, bandages, and braces to help with sports injury prevention.
