Welcome to the Phoenix family! You’re one step closer to feeling like you again. You can expect superior care at each step of your rehabilitation journey, starting with scheduling your first appointment. After scheduling your first appointment, we encourage you to download and fill out your patient forms and insurance information.
Attending the Phoenix Physical Therapy facility for my shoulder rehab has been a very positive experience. First of all, this facility showcases a large area with beautiful big windows and offers excellent spacing between PT beds and other clients. The equipment used is also plentiful and up to date. The waiting area is spacious with numerous comfortable chairs, and the office personnel are extremely kind and helpful. The physical therapists and assistants are knowledgeable and friendly. There exists an obvious show of professionalism and client interest that contributes to a very healthy, warm environment necessary for appropriate healing. I always look forward to my physical therapy sessions and I always leave feeling satisfied with my treatment and progress. I highly recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy for rehab of any injury.
